I made this for a Fun-da-mental album around 2006, but it was never used, and like all of the tracks on this compilation, the hard drive took it's contents to the digital afterlife. FDM had a DJ set in NYC in 2002 and I wasn't keen on seeing Ground Zero, watching the news in the hotel room was bad enough, I was sickened by the false patriotism that spewed forth. Aki said let's go, so we did, fuck me, it was worse than i thought. People selling postcards an' shit, making a buck out of a horror. Hence the lyrics about 'Hollering and crying over one fucking hit, Crying and marketing your one fucking hit.' and also 'Patriots to the shopping mall...' The children do not know the crimes of their adults.
